Dear Chris
I am quite saddened by the way your life has turned out. It is nothing I wish upon anyone. Of course my dear I forgive you for everything. You are the father of my children and I have never stopped you from seeing them. You made that choice by yourself when you kicked us out of your house with nothing. I did not get to where I am now overnight and by my own power, but by the strength of the Almighty. When you lived in a big house, had cash flowing and had a trophy wife at your side, the boys and I were on welfare like you are now. It was worse for us, because how do you explain to three young boys why there is no food or shelter when their father is living lavish and it was winter. Had it not been the kindness of strangers we would have perished out there and you did not give a care in the world.
The reason I am forgiving you is because I do not want to be bound by the curse of unforgiveness. In church they taught us that unforgiveness creates a stronghold and soul ties and trust me I do not want these extra burdens in my present day. In fact in MIT they discovered that somehow diseases like cancer are linked to unforgiveness. Also a lot of people are being haunted by people who have long gone to the grave because they have failed to forgive the wrongs. So Chris, know I forgive you completely, I however cannot take you back. Once beaten twice shy. I know now people come into our lives for a season and we need to realise when their work has been done. Your season in my life came and I learnt the lessons I had to learn. It is time I continue looking to the future without holding to the past. My past is you Chris.
I do hope that in the middle of your trials, you take it as time to look and reflect on your life. It is never too late to ask God to come into your life and help you find a way through. It says seek first the kingdom of the lord and everything else shall be added to you. In sickness Jehovah Jireh is the healer, in poverty, he is the provider, he is an ever faithful God. Seek and make peace with him and He will restore you to your former glory.
I wish you the best Chris and remember Gods love for you will move mountains and it is sweet to trust in Jehovah and to take him at his word. Just lean upon his promises and he will deliver. He never fails.
I have enclosed a Bible for you and also Bishop Tudor Bismark will be on TV, so listen to his preaching and find strength. Find a church and give your life to God.
